Cancellation Policy
💸 Please note there is a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required in order for your appointment to be confirmed when ANA texts you instructions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you MUST advise me 12 hours or more prior to the appointment in order for your deposit to be valid for your new appointment as well as after 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you lose your deposit.
